BUILT WITH METTLE is operated by Big Pivot Partners Texas LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and an encrypted (hashed) password.

Health, fitness & nutrition data you provide. Workouts, sets, reps, weights, body measurements, weight, body-fat, blood pressure, sleep, recovery inputs, meals and nutrition logs, water intake, supplements, habits, goals, and lab values you choose to enter.

Progress photos. Photos you capture or upload, stored securely and associated only with your account.

Voice & photo meal logging. Audio is transcribed to text and meal images are analyzed to estimate nutrition, solely to create your log entries.

Faith & reflection content. Journal entries, reflections, and gratitude notes you choose to record.

Usage data. Basic technical data needed to operate the App reliably. We do not collect precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the App's core features (tracking, dashboards, weekly reviews, plans).
• To power the AI Coach and personalized guidance, which analyzes your data to generate recommendations, daily plans, and weekly reviews.
• To manage your account, subscription status, and preferences, and to maintain security and reliability.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for third-party advertising.

3. AI Processing

Features such as AI Coach chat, meal recognition, voice transcription, daily plans, and weekly reviews send the relevant content to trusted AI providers (including OpenAI) solely to generate your results. This data is not used to identify you to third parties for marketing.

4. Health Data & Medical Disclaimer

The App is for general wellness, fitness, and personal-growth purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and any health information is informational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions (Intentional Coaching) are billed through the Apple App Store (and, later, Google Play). Payment is handled by the app store; we do not receive or store your card details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlement status.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text, and access is protected by authenticated sessions. While no system is 100% secure, we use reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your Choices & Rights

• Access & export your data from within the App (Profile → data export).
• Delete your data/account from within the App (Profile → delete). Deletion is permanent.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
