Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
Please send your request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify ownership before deleting your data.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove the personal and app data associated with it, including:
- Your name, email address, and account credentials
- Profile details (age, sex, height, goals) and progress photos
- Health & fitness data — workouts, cardio, heart rate, sleep, body measurements, nutrition and water logs
- Habits, check-ins, personal records, journals, and AI Coach chat history
- Subscription and purchase records tied to your account
Retention note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. A limited set of records may be retained only where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes (for example, transaction records), after which they are deleted. Subscription billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play — cancel your subscription there to stop future charges.
